Initial meeting with client to discuss the building design program. Client will provide a "wish list" of possible designs, photos and sketches.
Designer will prepare all documents and represent the client at the Committee of Adjustment hearing to obtain approval in order to construct.
Designer will produce the technical drawings necessary to obtain a building permit.
Optional service to include selection of a Contractor, analysis of construction bids, assist in the preparation of the contract between Homeowner and Contractor, and site review of construction.
